Make a Difference to Cedar Valley Hospice

Can one person really make a difference? At Cedar Valley Hospice they can. Hospice volunteers are needed at Cedar Valley Hospice in many areas including: patient and family support, grief support, children's programs, our Hospice Home, committees, office assistance and fundraisers. Make a difference today when you become a partner on journeys through life, death, grief and healing with Cedar Valley Hospice. Learn more about Volunteering here.

Cedar Valley Hospice relies on your financial gifts to support our patient and family care, education and community outreach. Gifts can be given by: individuals, families and groups, as part of an established memorial, in memory of a loved one, or through a prearranged gift in a will. 100% of your gift will benefit the program or service you specify. Cedar Valley Hospice is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1979. As the community's hospice, we are not affiliated with any health care system and provide care for all who seek our services, regardless of age, diagnosis or ability to pay. Learn more about Making a Donation here.

Cedar Valley Hospice provides a variety of opportunities for community involvement and contributions throughout the year. We encourage you to participate in our annual fundraising events that include our Tree of Love, Spring Nights Event, Annual Campaign, Butterfly Release and others. Please support the organization that supports so many in their time of greatest need. Learn more about Fundraising here.

Release & Remember

This video is a combination of pictures and live video from our Release & Remember event held Sunday, September 9, 2012. A thousand Monarch butterflies were dedicated and released into the clear blue sky. For those who could not be with us that day, we hope this video captures some of the highlights for you.

Please join us next year for another amazing event!

"I learned I could get grief counseling at Cedar Valley Hospice although we never got to enter hospice. From my experience on a CISD team I knew I needed help. I walked into the office and was able to get one-on-one counseling. The counseling was extremely beneficial…"
