Cedar Valley Hospice relies on your financial gifts to support our patient and family care, education and community outreach. Gifts can be given by: individuals, families and groups, as part of an established memorial, in memory of a loved one, or through a prearranged gift in a will. 100% of your gift will benefit the program or service you specify. Cedar Valley Hospice is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1979. As the community's hospice, we are not affiliated with any health care system and provide care for all who seek our services, regardless of age, diagnosis or ability to pay.
