Part Time Office Coordinator (Grundy Center) .60 FTE

Cedar Valley Hospice is the premier hospice agency serving 15 counties with offices in Waterloo, Grundy Center, Independence and Waverly. We are currently seeking a highly organized part time Office Coordinator to join our well-respected team in our Grundy Center office.

At Cedar Valley Hospice you will work with the best team of clinicians, administrative staff and managers, utilizing highly regarded practices to provide optimum customer service to our patients and their families.

This position will work 24 hours per week and will perform assigned administrative tasks, including but not limited to, secretarial, accounting and receptionist tasks. Additionally, this position would work as a member of the team to provide a variety of administrative supports for staff at the assigned office or department location. Qualified candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be a self starter, and have the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite along with experience in meeting minutes preferred.
