CASS is staffed by professionals who ensure the delivery of comprehensive, free case management and benefit coordination services. Care plans are tailored for each client helping them identify their medical and physical needs, define their goals and link them to appropriate on-site or off-site services. CASS serves 15 counties in Northeast Iowa.

Financial Assistance
CASS Case Managers work closely with local agencies and programs to find other resources available. Meanwhile, CASS can offer grocery and basic needs gift cards, local bus passes and transportation reimbursement, as well as financial assistance with rent, utilities, medication co-pays and more.
CASS in the Community
CASS works with schools, community service organizations, churches and health care providers to assist, support and educate people living with HIV or anyone who is interested in learning about HIV. Presentations are focused on increasing awareness and reducing stigma. Schedule a presentation by calling 319.272.2437.
